May and Genesis were great from the minute I walked in! New patient appointment was extremely thorough and the technically used was amazing! Never been a fan of the dentist but the entire staff made my first visit painless. Looking forward to my future with Smiles!
I love going to Smiles at Julington location, the front desk staff are so friendly , doctor and hygienists are great, always have a pleasant experience. Thanx to Dr. V and Paavi for your care every time my family visits!! Keep up the good work and looking forward to coming back!!!
This place has made some excellent positive changes in the last year. The hygienists handled all three of my anxious kids with expert empathy and professionalism. The doctors are AWESOME! The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive. Their phone processes could use some work with scheduling communication and clarity. Very happy to see this practice moving in the right direction.
I was fitted for my crown this morning. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. I usually don't like dentist, but thanks to Asia she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff overall was exceptional.
I’ve had bad experiences at dentist offices before. A lot of shaming, a lot of negative comments about me or my parents in regard to my dental hygiene and so I was scared this would be the same. I’m so happy that I was proven wrong. Everyone here from the front desk to the doctor has been nothing but kind and understanding! I no longer have feelings of anxiousness going to the dentist! If you are looking for a great dentist office I recommend this one!!
