SoFresh at Bertram Park is a great spot for fresh, flavorful food made with quality ingredients. I really liked the variety of choices, with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from. The flavors were excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. My favorite was the blackened chicken—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. There’s something for just about everyone here, whether you’re looking for a healthy bowl, wrap, salad, or a satisfying protein-packed meal. Definitely a place I’d recommend for fresh food, great flavors, and plenty of choices.
Very fresh & healthy eating establishment in St. John’s. I’m glad we have a SoFresh in town, I’ve been a 4ish times & have had some very good experiences & meals. The bowl is a great option to get a good amount of food for a okay price. The bowl can be filled up with your choice of protein, sauces, meat, fillings. (Limited to a small amount, & cheese is extra $) but they definitely fill up the bowl as seen in the photos. The experience is great inside as the employee will help you order or you can do it on the iPad. Clean tables inside & outside, plenty of seating at any time of day. Food is always coming out of the kitchen at a reasonable & quick time. I did have a slight problem on 4/11/2026, ordered a bowl & had blacken chicken as the meat. About half way through the meal, I took a bite & hit a good size bone… looks like a chicken bone. As seen in the last photo, the rest of the bowl was good. I hope this is a solo event & this won’t happen again to me or someone else but just beware of the bones that could be in your meals! 🐓🍗🥦🦴
Today was my first time trying So Fresh and it was absolutely amazing! I’m typically a CAVA girl but I must say CAVA has some competition on their hands! I chose the Warm Bowl- and I built my own! I ordered sauces but I only used a tiny drop because everything is already so flavorful and juicy that I didn’t really need to add anything else! Morgan & Ryan were so pleasant, helpful, and had really great recommendations for the menu! Morgan also had a lot of patience with me and I am very indecisive 🤣 But she let me take my time and order. I will be back soon!
Lot of good, healthier options here. I like to build my own bowl and switch it up. Their tofu is really good, and they have a ton of sauces and toppings to choose from. Staff is always friendly, and the kiosks are easy to navigate.
Visited for lunch today with my coworker! Ryan was excellent and helped us order our food for our lunch! Always a pleasure to see her working the register! The store was super clean and quiet, will definitely be back soon!
