SolFit is the best! I’ve been going for over a year and no two classes are the same. I love the variety in the types of classes. I have seen such a difference in my fitness since starting. They offer fun games and challenges throughout the year to keep people motivated. It’s such a great community of people!
Jules is a powerhouse of encouragement and heart. After a year of training with her, I’ve reached a level of strength I never thought possible. She possesses a rare, intuitive balance—challenging you to reach your absolute limits while remaining entirely supportive. What truly sets Jules apart is her genuine compassion. Navigating fitness with anxiety around crowds felt like an impossible hurdle, but her flexibility kept me from walking away. She meets you exactly where you are, creating a space where consistency and confidence can finally thrive. If you are looking for a trainer in St. Augustine who is truly invested in your success, Jules is the one for you.
Best studio in Saint Augustine! Amazing instructors and awesome classes- from hitt to relaxed yoga this studio has all the classes:)
Tried a class traveling on vacation and loved this place! Would definitely consider joining here if I lived in the area. Jules was also super helpful getting me situated as a first timer!
I’ve been following Jules for over five years because of her fun & skilled teaching style. My fav classes are BareFootBootCamp, & yoga but I’m getting more into strength recently. I am so grateful to have found a place like this- specialized fun classes to prevent workout burnout & improve my strength & endurance; I have tried the rest and keep coming back to the best. Thanks.
