All of the staff at Southeast Riverside location are professional and courteous. Steven Skipper is definitely a standout amongst them. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I believe my physical therapy sessions with him will help me greatly

My first physical therapy appointment was scheduled at the Herschel location with the rest at the Max Leggett location. Once I met Kara and the other staff, I changed all of my appointments to the Herschel location. Thank you for making me feel like more than just ‘another’ patient. It’s going to be worth the extra 15 minute drive.

Rachel is the absolute best, you can tell she had a gift in her profession and she takes it very seriously! This was suppose to be my daughter’s next to last appt but this was her first time with Rachel. Not to take away from the others but Rachel did more in this one appointment than the previous four. She took her time, she paid attention, she kept the conversation focused on the plan for my daughter. She was not only professional but thorough. She recommended additional therapy and I moved all of my daughter’s appts to her going forward. She gained a level of trust from our family after one visit. Thank you Rachel and the office staff for making the changes happen very quickly and easily.
