Splish Splash Car Wash

I went there today and purchased the Ultimate Wash. The machine came back with the soap and then went forward once with the brushes. I asked the guy I saw there what was the name and he said something that I didn't quite make out. When I told him what happened he said if I got back in line with two vehicles in front of me after waiting for three cars the first time. I told him I couldn't wait since. My wife was at the store waiting for me. I picked up my wife and I was furious. I went back paid for another wash and this time it worked. When I told the guy I had a recipt for the second wash could they refund me for the first one he said that he didn't have access to do that. That's completely Unacceptable. When I call the number there is always a busy signal.

No soap came out. Just wet my car which I’ve could have done with a water hose at my house

Splish Splash car wash took my money twice tonight. ($14.99 x2 )I was not sure the first transaction went through because it was not really clear on the scalp screen at payment and nothing came on or started when I drove in, so I drove around and did it slowly again, & nothing again! That really stinks! Who do I contact for a refund? It was on my cc

Every now and then when my family and me is in town, I’ll force them to stop at this car wash and I’ll get out and I’ll wash the car or truck or whatever vehicle we’re driving
