St. Vincent's Ambulatory Care Inc.

The doctor was incredible and they helped me very quickly I was happy with care that I received. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is because of the cleanliness. They weren't exactly clean they dropped vials of blood on the floor and there was blood spraying everywhere that they didn't clean up. In the corners of the rooms there was black buildup that clearly hasn't been mopped. I would take everything out of those rooms and scrub the floors very well before having patients go back into them considering the black build up all in the edges of the rooms.

ER Visit. Stellar service, attention and care unlike I have ever experienced. Was there 6 hours or so, multiple tests to diagnose root cause. MY Surgeon, Wednesday, between 11am at 6pm, Room 26, cannot recall his name, could NOT have been more knowledgeable and thorough. Thrilled to know this Hospital "totally" gets it (In Every Department) as well living nearby.

I called to cancel an appointment and the woman taking the calls seemed real bothered that I was asking to cancel the appointment. All I said was my name and asked if they could cancel my appointment next Wednesday for the following doctors: Cheryl Marie and Lynn Ashley Patel and she hanged up on me.
