Starfit Yoga Studio - Jacksonville FL

This is your sign to try Starfit Yoga… It is such a special space, one that you can enjoy at any skill level and know that you will be met with comfort, support and gratitude. I attended classes for over a year, and after moving away from Jacksonville, I have yet to find such a welcoming, safe community. The instructors like Kintu, Dedric, and Kelsey, just to name a few, always provided a meaningful experience to each practice. I couldn’t be more grateful for their guidance as I improved and learned to love moving my body again in a safe, healthy way. As someone who has, in the past, not treated my body with much kindness, I found myself appreciating all that it could do for me, whether it be strength, flexibility or simply existing and expressing itself in a way that connected me with inner self and others. So sad to have left the Starfit family, as I looked forward to every class. But know that if I’m ever back in Jax, I will be sure to show up for practice. Thank you for giving my mind, body and soul a space to exist and grow. Namaste 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

Go to this studio!!!!! It’s an amazing new hidden gem. It has a familiar community with teachers who also teach at Hot Spot Yoga-Neptune Beach but offer a different variety of classes and times. I’ve done both power yoga as well as restorative or yin yoga here. All types are amazing! All the teachers are fantastic but shout out to Nina and Linda! I started classes here through ClassPass and I am so glad I did! Definitely going to be back!

Great yoga studio and outstanding instructors. They offer yoga classes for all levels from beginners to seasoned students.
