Aaron knows how to hold space for others. He’s non-judgmental and genuinely listens, which makes it easy to open up and feel heard. He challenges your thinking—but he does it in a way that feels supportive. And he also gives you tools and guidance to help you move forward. You walk away from conversations with him feeling more grounded and equipped. Highly recommend.

I found Aaron through Alma. This was my first time doing therapy as an adult. I had no idea really what to expect but Aaron helped me through a lot of stuff. I highly recommend that you check him out if you are dealing with anything in your life that you feel you may not be able to tackle alone. It’s helped me get in touch with my feeling and understanding that all of them have a place in my life. Go get some therapy.
Aaron is exceptional, through and through the best counseling I’ve ever received. He’ll challenge you to put in your best effort and work but it’s all for yourself in the end! From helping shift your mindset to dealing with day to day struggles I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I highly recommend him and thank him deeply for all he’s done to help me improve my life!
Aaron is genuine and has a desire to see people succeed. He doesn’t just give you the answers but makes a person think through their concerns and issues to come to their own resolution. He offers the necessary counsel and insight along the way. I would recommend him to any one going through difficult times.
