Stone World Imports & Manufacturing

We recently just had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen renovation and Stoneworld definitely delivered! Bozena was wonderful to work with. She communicated well and answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. When we picked out the stone we were already pleased with our choice, but seeing it installed in our home, it was even better than we imagined. The beveled edge we chose was perfection with the stone. I look forward to working with them again on our next renovation projects.

Had a great experience with Stone World. It’s refreshing these days to work with a company that actually follows through on what they promise. The quality was fantastic, and the installation was flawless. You can really tell they invest in doing things the right way, the digital measuring process and CNC cutting made a huge difference in precision. Everything fit perfectly, and the final result exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Kelley was awesome to work with during our primary bathroom renovation. I had a specific Cambria Quartz that I wanted and it was out of stock in Jacksonville but she made it happen by getting it delivered in a matter of 2 days. My contractor was able to proceed with the shower but we had to hold off for the vanity countertop due to the vanity being delivered at a later date. I was very impressed Kelley called weekly for update on delivery of the vanity to make sure she could get her guys out to my home asap to do specs so they could get countertop installed since appointment times were booking up which I appreciated very much. Thank you so much Kelley for everything, you were amazing to work with and I look forward to working with you again when we do our kitchen renovation. I have attached pics, bathroom not completely done waiting on floating wood shelves to add behind the tub wall and of course decor.

I can’t recommend Kelley & Stone World Imports enough!! From the moment I walked into Stone World during a quick break at the end of my lunch hour - I literally had 10 minutes! Kelley was beyond helpful!! She was wearing a boot on her foot when I dropped in but that didn’t stop her from escorting me through the stone yard and helping me pick out the perfect piece of marble based on pictures I showed her. This business was actually the 4th one I’d been to during my lunch break that day and let’s just say I’d received less than stellar customer service at the other places I stopped by. But not Kelley-she was sweet and helpful from the get-go and even though she was wearing a boot it didn’t stop her from showing me around and making sure I found the perfect piece of marble-and quickly too!! We had it chosen within minutes! The next steps of the process were just as efficient and Kelley communicated every step of the way. The marble was installed seamlessly after someone came out to our house to make a custom template. I even changed my mind at the last second and decided to add a hearth-(and I’m so glad I did as I love the curved edges and how it makes the fireplace look even more custom) but she didn’t bat an eye, just adjusted my order and quickly sent me out a new invoice. If only the entire fireplace and bookshelf buildout was as easy as working with Kelley & Stone World…we unfortunately had quite a few hiccups along the way with our contractor-which highlighted Stone World’s business etiquette, customer service, and craftsmanship even more!! If only more businesses could follow in their footsteps!!
