Tried a different location in Daytona and it was incredible. Ordered from this area for the first time and don't understand how the inside of the stromboli is majority uncooked dough, yet the outside is almost burnt. As well as a whole order of garlic knots being burnt. Was excited to try stoners pizza again because of the wonderful quality at a daytona location, but very disappointed with what I received from this specific location.
Ordered a a pizza with garlic knots, cookies and drink. The pizza and garlic bread were undercooked,garlic knots was very doughy and the cheese on the pizza wasnt melted. The cookies were burnt. This is the second or third time ive ordered from here and it will definitely be my last.
Only took one bite and started to pick out lettuce that didn’t look good… then decided to look at the dressing after I poured it over my salad. I couldn’t eat anymore after that. All three were expired. When I called to remedy the situation, the person I spoke to was nice… (thank goodness…I hate this type of situation) anyway, he said they had just gotten the dressings …which I don’t doubt BUT mine were all definitely expired… then he told me he would call back but he didn’t…unfortunately. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that he got really busy and maybe forgot. Not upset because my husband went through the slice app to get a refund, but it would have been nice to have some follow through from the actual business itself. If the business could have followed up, it would not have even been a big deal because the pizza was good!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m ONLY giving this 5 stars so hopefully this review gets pushed toward the top and saves somebody else from wasting their money. This was honestly some of the worst food I’ve ordered in a LONG time. Everything was bad. First, there was this weird fishy smell and taste to the food. We ordered a customized pizza with steak, and I swear it smelled like somebody had drizzled fish oil all over it. Absolutely disgusting and completely killed my appetite. Then there were the “soft baked” peanut butter cookies. Soft baked WHERE?? The edges were literally BLACK and burnt. Not a little overdone. BURNT. I ordered a meatball BNT, and what showed up was basically three meatballs with cheese sitting on a little circle of pizza dough. Whatever that was supposed to be, it was NOT what I thought I was ordering. And the chicken nuggets? Please. They tasted like somebody opened a bag of frozen Walmart chicken nuggets, dumped them out, heated them up, and called it a day. Nothing about them tasted fresh or restaurant quality. Between the fishy smell, burnt cookies, disappointing meatballs, and frozen-bag-tasting nuggets, the entire order was a mess. There wasn’t one thing we ordered that I would order again. The only reason there are five stars sitting above this review is because I want people to actually SEE IT. ⭐️ Actual food rating: 0/5. Save your money.
I dont usually write reviews but this is crazy to me. I got a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and then selected to add another topping of pepperoni (which i paid to do) and then selected for light cheese. I didnt know that the selection for how you like your pizza was just a suggestion and they would just do whatever they want 😂
