Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - Baymeadows

I'd like to give a shout out to Ms. Ericka at the front desk of the Studio 6 Baymeadows location! 👏🏻👏🏻 She has consistently handled all questions and concerns with the upmost care and urgency. The hasn't been a single moment throughout my stay where I havent seen her actively assisting guests to the best of her abilities. With a pleasant attitude might I add! Great customer service goes a long way and she knows how to deliver! 💯 Between the great prices and care, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to rest, consider here!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We booked 2 rooms over 8 weeks in advance, drove 8 hours and arrived to check in just to be informed that there were no rooms available for us even though we had already paid. They've essentially stranded us and offered absolutely 0 solutions to the problem they created.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted with this place inside and out. First no remote to my tv, then From the moment we walked in, the room smelled terrible. On top of that, there were roaches and spiders all around the bathroom and kitchen area, along with dead bugs in the restroom and shower. This is completely unacceptable and not the condition anyone should have to stay in. The microwave didn’t even work where it was located, so we had to move it and plug it in somewhere else. None of the outlets work properly, and the light switches don’t properly turn the lights on or off. We are paying to stay here and should not have to deal with basic electrical issues, bugs infestation , and an awful smell. This place clearly needs better cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. I would not recommend staying here EVER and honestly regret choosing this property. For the price i paid, the condition of this room is completely unacceptable! Does not deserve a single star

Do not book. We had a reservation. We were told they did not have a room for us. No one was at checkin. Had to call a number and wait for the employee to come down. Property was dark and dirty. Someone was having a loud party on 2nd floor. We got charged for rooms we never got! Big hassle and we dodged a bullet. Does not look like the photos.
