Summit Pediatric Psychiatry | Jorge Diaz, MD

Dr Diaz has been caring for our adolescent for two years. He has complicated medication needs and concurrent medical conditions that require monitoring. Dr Diaz has a calm, friendly, supportive, approach and listens to family concerns and questions. He takes time to discuss the case with the insurance company whenever medication authorizations are needed. He makes every effort to keep medications to a minimum.

We had a great experience with Dr. Diaz at Summit Pediatric Psychiatry. He listened to our concerns, met with our kiddo and gave him advice that our son is still using and quoting throughout the day. He wasn't quick to push medication but instead, gave our kiddo the coping skills he needed to be successful. We are grateful he was recommended to us.

I am very happy that I bring my daughter to Summit Pediatric Psychiatry. Dr. Diaz is very patient and kind. Every question and concern that I had about my daughter was answered thoroughly and compassionately. My daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed her visit with Dr. Diaz. He also took time to personally follow up and see how she was doing after her visit. I highly recommend him.
