I had reservations going into mediation because the opposing attorneys first series of recommendations for a mediator were questionable based on reviews and past associations with men's-only law groups. I specifically requested a female mediator and emphasized how important working with a mediator who would be neutral was to me. We ultimately agreed on Ms. Quesenberry but honestly, his endorsement left me uneasy. With that said, I'm so grateful she was our mediator. I feel like she truly helped us meet in the middle. Her professionalism and empathy meant a lot to me and I feel like she did what she could to make sure we walked away with an agreement I felt comfortable with. She has a very optimistic and calming energy that made nearly 6 hours of emotionally exhausting mediation tolerable. I couldn't recommend her enough.
