As a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mother, I am delighted to share that I had to bring five puppies in for the state of Florida health certificate. My previous veterinary practice, which had become corporate, had significantly increased its prices, prompting me to seek a new office. I am fortunate to have found one that has exceeded my expectations. The office staff and the veterinarian were exceptional, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. My husband, a physician, was equally impressed with the reception and the quality of care provided for my puppies. The puppies were all ready for their new homes, and I was able to complete the necessary procedures, including vaccinations, fecal exams, and health certificates, within an hour and a half. This was a remarkable turnaround, as the process typically takes much longer. I am grateful for the efficient and professional assistance provided by the staff. Their kindness and expertise in caring for my puppies have made a significant difference. I am excited to pass them on to my puppy parents in the area. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Vet care is expensive so I don’t base reviews on that piece of info. Instead I focus on the care. Dr. B. has this amazing ability to just help you feel calm in the midst of panic when your dogs hurt. She is extremely personable & thorough. She even calls to check up on them at No addt’l cost which is so rare. Amanda is a vet tech who is a gem as well. Very knowledgeable & comforting. The front desk is always cordial & professional Overall, a GREAT place to take your pets for care.
Not only did they show the deepest compassion when i needed to bring in my poor elderly cat Ruby. The entire staff, doctors and all took the time to hand write me a condolence card and mail it. I got it today and it meant the world to me. Its the little things, that are the BIG things. Best place, hands down.
I am new here, was happy with previous care, but distance became a factor. My 2 minischnauzers are my precious children, and as a retired MD I am very picky about their care. Dr. Bredehoeft gave the most comprehensive physical exam I have ever seen on a dog! We had very interesting, enjoyable, and thorough medical discussions. He and his staff are very competent and caring, and I am so happy to have found this place.
I had a wonderful first visit with my dogs at Switzerland Animal Hospital. All of the staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Benmoha was very thorough with her exam and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend this animal hospital!
