The whole TA Shop management, Chelsea at the fuel desk and Nate the mechanic in the shop are such wonderful people! They went above and beyond to help me get rolling again! If you need any work in Jacksonville come see everyone here! Ask for Nate to do your work! He will go above and beyond to diagnose your issue/issues and then properly take his time to fix them! He's a real mechanic,NOT JUST A PARTS CHANGER!! Helped get the a/c going and put a new a/c compressor on. The next day my truck was doing the same thing with the new compressor. Nate came in on his day off to address the issue. Come to find out my alternator and batteries were the cause of that issue along with others. Again thank you all for the hospitality and treatment, I will stop here again if I ever need work and I'm in your area! Sincerely, Rolling Hills Trucking,Inc.
Ordered a shower at 11:20am. App said estimated wait 3 minutes. Got one 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Good luck getting one at this location.
Love this TA. The best Florida souvenirs are here along with clean bathrooms. A little tricky getting in and out of, but well worth it.
This truck stop has worst shop I have ever seen . Sprayed my truck with oil and diesel and newer apologized. Said to pull to the bay and 45 minutes not even come close to truck. Have to leave with no work done. Terrible servos and unprofessional mechanics.
I know Florida has a lot of bugs but there's no excuse for having a buffet full of them. EVERY PIECE OF FRIED MEAT IN THE BUFFET WAS COATED IN DEEP FRIED COCKROACHES.
