TA Travel Center

In all my travels I have never been to a TA before, even to my own surprise. Growing up hearing about TA was like a fairy tale. My first time in & there was plenty of parking and actually shop mechanics on duty. I also saw EV charging stations as well. Walking inside was a nice, well lit store, very clean too. Fully stocked shelves & coolers. The bathrooms were spotless, smelled nice & seemed recently cleaned. They had showers, laundry & a very nice drivers lounge upstairs. Lets add the Amazon locker. I would guess that would be if truckers are on the road but they know they will be in town soon, they could have thier purchases sent here. If thats what im thinking, that is really cool. Truckers tend to stay out for weeks on end before making it back home, so to have somewhere along the way to pick up an Amazon order is so cool. The cashier at the counter Mia, was so kind & easy going. She has great energy and was fun to talk. Mia has that kind of energy that you wish everyone had. She should be held up high & recognised for the care & pride she takes in her position. Its not a stretch at all to say she should be sent out to a conference or corporate meeting to help others understand & get a feel for how to treat people. TA you lived up to the hype, awesome all the way around!

The cashier was really welcoming and attentive. As a truck driver, I rely on TA for their services. I love a good truck stop, and the one with a fitness center upstairs is clean and well taken care of. The cleaning staff is very attentive; they made sure I had everything I needed. Since the fitness center doesn't get used much, they wanted to ensure my stay was satisfying. Becca was really sweet and attentive, also making sure the restrooms were spotless. I work overnight, and she checked on me periodically. I was there for 4 hours hospitality from everyone was outstanding

I strive to support businesses with respectful employees who provide excellent service to all customers. Unfortunately, it appears that TA Truck Stop does not prioritize hiring individuals who demonstrate respect for others. The subway restaurant located inside this truck stop has some of the most racist employees I have encountered. When my employees and I visited to get lunch, we were appalled by their outrageous behavior. Despite my employees being of Spanish descent and speaking fluent English, they were treated disrespectfully and condescendingly by the staff behind the counter. It is ironic, as I pay my workers more in a month than these employees make. I will never return to this establishment, and it will no longer be included in our list of preferred stops. Unbelievable

Clean bathrooms. Organized store. Cute stuff. The cashier, Lunar, was extremely polite and helpful! He deserves a raise imo :) will stop here again for sure.
