I’ll warn you now — this review may sound like a Tara billboard, but in this case, she has earned every word of it. We first met Tara when we were looking for a place to rent for a year or two while we waited for things to settle down after the pandemic in Chicago. From day one, she was incredible. She worked tirelessly, sending us property after property, videos, texts, updates, and follow-ups — day after day. We eventually chose a rental, but when the landlord started doing a few unusual things, Tara stepped in immediately and got us out of the contract without any penalty. That alone would have been enough to earn our trust. Years later, after enjoying the rental life and looking at what felt like nearly 100 homes, we finally bought one — and not just any home, but an amazing home that truly feels like the right one for our family. Through the entire journey, Tara was patient, steady, honest, and relentless in the best way. We took forever to make decisions, and not once did she pressure us. She guided us, protected us, encouraged us, and stayed fully committed no matter how long the process took. And when it came time to negotiate, she was an absolute tiger. She saved us far more than we ever would have saved on our own — and I say that as someone who genuinely loves to negotiate. There are a lot of realtors out there, but very few who combine work ethic, patience, loyalty, market knowledge, and true advocacy the way Tara does. If you are not 1,000% in love with your realtor, call Tara. I can say with complete confidence that you will be glad you did. I told you this was going to sound like a billboard — but she really is that good.
Tara went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. We were making a long distance move to Florida and weren’t fully ready to commit when we began our year-and-a-half long search. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient, accommodating, and understanding. Many times, Tara toured homes with my sister and gave us her honest opinion if it truly fit our needs. When I was unsure, she never gave up on finding me my perfect home. Her knowledge on the buying process, attention to detail, and exceptional organization made us confident in closing. We are so grateful we had an amazing realtor by our side and would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking in the Jacksonville area.

Tara was so responsive! Probably the most responsive agent I have ever had. She diligently searched for properties and set-up showings quickly, turning around many options for us. We had previously searched for a home without an agent unsuccessfully for 6 months. With Tara, we were in a new home in weeks! She protected our negotiations, made fruitful recommendations, and was very honest about what was worth pushing for and what we should let drop. She knows the market very well and we felt well represented by her. We were new the Florida real estate market, previously owning a home out of state, and she helped us understand all the requirements and details we needed to know to be competitive buyers.
