DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF ALL MY TAX MONEY LEAVING MY 3 KIDS AND I WITH NOTHING, WHILE RAY AND ANOTHER WOMAN RAN OFF WITH EVERYTHING!!! Created a lie and allegedly gave my cash money taxes away to someone else and I got nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS TAX PREPARER.. here’s why back in 2021 I went to Survalarie Harris to prepare my 1099 Self Employment taxes. She charged $500 for the service which I later discovered from an actual accountant that I OVERPAID. I received a bill from the IRS over $12,000 with taxes that had to be paid immediately on additional income that I didn’t earn. When going through my Homebuying process the underwriter discovered she had filed my taxes INCORRECTLY with 4 different scheduled C forms causing me to pay ADDITIONAL money to a licensed tax accountant to get corrected and explained in order to rectify the problem. I’ve called SEVERAL times she has avoided speaking to me, no one EVER answers the office phone, and honestly just UNETHICAL individual this has been very overwhelming unprofessional experience. I recommend to go to Debbie’s Accountant off Southside to get your taxes done correctly before you leave with thousands of dollars owed to the IRS and the stress and headache of being avoided and continuing bills and penalties from the IRS. GET A LICENSE TAX PROFESSIONAL

My first and last yeat filing with this company. The processes are not explained. The receptionist told me I could have someone make me a fake JEA bill since they were needing some sort of proof of residency. Customer service needs improvement. I posted about this company on my page and my inbox was flooded with people who had the same experiences. Someone even told me their refund check was sitting in her office for weeks until they finally received a call to pick it up. I wanted to support this black owned company. Learn from me!!! Do your research. I called today to get some clarity and the call was "disconnected " twice before finally talking to an assistant.
