What could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience became a seamless, well-orchestrated operation under her leadership. She has the experience, the team, and the network to make a sale happen. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Angela Stancil from Coldwell Banker. As a young family moving from the midwest, it would have been easy for us to feel out of our element when talking to a realtor about the process, but Angela made the process extremely easy and comfortable. We had a timeline that was still up in the air, but Angela still gave us her full attention, while also giving her candid opinion on the aspects that meant the most for a young family. She voluntarily offered to assist with virtual tours/showings, and anything else that would make the process most effective for someone moving from out of the area.
