Temple Gym and Fitness is an inspiring and motivating place to workout. The supportive and welcoming environment makes every workout enjoyable, no matter your fitness level. Everyone encourages each other, and the sense of community here keeps me motivated to show up and push myself. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym where you feel a sense of belonging and want to be surrounded by people with fitness expertise and a willingness to help and share.
Temple Gym is a hidden gem with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Mitch, connects with his members and fosters a teaching environment. I joined three months ago and want to thank Mitch for his attentiveness and role in helping me reach my short-term fitness goals.
Overly enjoy the class and ShaRhonda. It’s such an experience, Everyone is so nice & encouraging.. It’s hard work but she makes it so much fun.
Great gym to join! Sydney started me out with a good beginners class to get back into working out. Darnell was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!
