I’ve had such a great experience living here and honestly feel really lucky to call this place home. The community is welcoming, well kept, and the amenities are such a bonus. The pool is one of my favorite parts, it’s always clean and just a really nice place to relax. Amber and Chloe in the office are amazing. They are always so kind and helpful and go out of their way to make things easy. You can tell they actually care about the residents and it really makes a difference. Maintenance is also incredible. Michael and Steve are quick, reliable, and always take care of things the right way. Jessica, the manager, has been really kind and attentive and you can tell she genuinely wants this to be a great place to live. Overall it just feels like a well run, supportive community with people who actually care, which is hard to find.

After a year and a half at Terrabella Coastal, we just renewed our lease — and honestly, that says it all. From the moment we moved in, the quality of the apartment stood out. The finishes are genuinely upscale — designer touches, great kitchen, and a private balcony that makes coming home feel like a treat every single day. These aren’t your average apartment interiors. The amenities are resort-level and actually well-maintained. The pool area is beautiful, the fitness center is 24/7 and fully equipped, and the overall community spaces feel clean and cared for. It’s the kind of place where you actually use what they advertise. Location is a huge win too. Being just minutes from the beach is something you never take for granted when you’re living it. The Intracoastal area has a great vibe, and you have easy access to shopping, dining, and everything Jacksonville’s eastside has to offer. But what really keeps us here is the staff. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Any time we’ve had a question or need, it’s been handled quickly and without hassle. That consistency over 18 months means a lot. If you’re looking for upscale apartment living in Jacksonville with a location that can’t be beat and a team that actually cares — Terrabella is it. We renewed our lease without hesitation and have zero regrets.

I’ve moved 13 times in the past 5 years, and I can confidently say that Terrabella is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. These past two years have truly felt like cozy luxury. The apartments are spacious, the amenities are incredible, and everything I need is right here. What really sets the Terrabella apart is the management team. They go above and beyond to create a true sense of community. From fun resident events to a responsive and reliable maintenance team, to genuinely kind and attentive service. It feels less like an apartment complex and more like home. I’ve absolutely loved living here and would recommend Terrabella to anyone looking for a place that offers both comfort and community.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about 2.5 years now and have had the chance to live in two different units, both of which I’ve really enjoyed. The apartments themselves are well maintained, comfortable, and the overall community atmosphere is one of the biggest highlights. The amenities are great and consistently make you feel like it's a resort. One feature I’ve really appreciated is the ability to reserve the "lobby adjacent" common area at no cost. I’ve hosted a few larger gatherings there and it’s been a great, convenient space to use. The location is another major plus. It is close to the beach, but not tucked away, which makes it really convenient to get to other areas. You can easily hop on Atlantic Blvd and get to a lot of places quickly, even reaching the football stadium in about 25 to 30 minutes, which is a 10/10 (#GoJags!). One of the things I appreciate most is the people, both the residents and the general sense of community. It genuinely feels like a nice place to come home to. The staff has been generally helpful and responsive. While there have been moments where communication or processes could have been smoother, my overall experience has been positive. I did run into an issue during my move between apartments that was tied to the larger corporate management side of things, but once Patricia became aware of the situation, she made a real effort to step in and help resolve it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I’ve loved living here and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place with great amenities and a welcoming environment.
