  1/2K NIGHTMARE! I wouldn’t buy a product off the shelf from this owner’s salon due to how foul she treated us over the poor results from a color and cut. My fiancé came home looking like she aged 15 years. The 1st picture is what she went in with, 2nd 2, what she came out with. The 3rd was her inspirational photo she gave her stylist, and the 4th is the damage control we had to pay another salon to fix it. Her stylist suggested a re-do but wasn’t available before a deadline my fiance needed so she suggested a refund. The salon owner called her about the situation, my fiancé explained how she felt, even shared these photos and the owner’s reaction was disgusting. Extremely insensitive to her feelings about her hair and ruder than a drunk at a bar. Flat out mean with a gaslighting approach stating she heard my fiance say she was happy with it when she left. My fiance tried through a constant interrupting gaslit defense to explain that she hasn’t had her hair touched in over a year, the stylist was an acquaintance, so she had a positive mindset. Plus she just sat in a chair for 3 1/2 hours and figured it was just different and it was going to be fine. This owner knows very well in her industry that clients encounter this now and then and come back in… I spoke to her after my fiance did. She just argued that my fiancé was fine with her hair when she left. That’s all she cared about. My fiance actually had cried over her hair later into the evening after examining it again and again realizing it was not good. So hearing this lady being mean to her like a rabid animal over it was really messed up. She’s a mean person. Never seen anything like it from a customer service standpoint. You couldn’t pay us to go through that again. To make matters worse, the owner knew we were a month out from our wedding, and along with her haste she was hung up on us not coming back for a fix. As a man, I don’t know what the protocols are for salons but that’s like someone messing up your car for service, and going back to the same place to get it fixed? I don’t think so! By the time her hair was decent, it was over 1/2k GONE. And half her hair length. Search this giant city for somewhere else to go.
