The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch

We had the absolute best experience at The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch! Jamie and Kendall were truly incredible and played such a huge part in making our wedding day unforgettable. From start to finish, they made sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of our special day. Their attention to detail, organization, and willingness to jump in and help with anything was beyond what we could have asked for. The support they provided throughout the entire process was exceptional. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing everything turned out. The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch exceeded every expectation, and we are so grateful to Jamie, Kendall, and the entire team for helping create such a perfect day. We truly could not have asked for a better experience!

We had the absolute best experience at The Barn at Cottonwood in Callahan! The space is stunning, and the team was so easy to work with from the first tour with Jenn to the final dance. The cottage for the men to get ready in and the Bridal suit for the bride and her Ladies to get ready in were perfect. Any time we had a question Jenn was always quick to respond. We really enjoyed the outside ceremony location and cocktail hour with the newly added bar area and fire to sit around. My daughters wedding was elegant and The Barn at Cottonwood was the perfect spot for my daughters ceremony and reception!

This Venue, and Jenn were absolutely AMAZING! Here's a back story, Our couple had their wedding planned at another venue in the South Carolina/North Carolina area and that horrible storm hit, destroying their wedding venue A WEEK BEFORE THEIR WEDDING DATE. My bride, myself and with the help of others, we started to reach out to venues and my bride came across the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch. Jenn, the angel that she is helped my bride soooooo much. She was a blessing! In a week, she helped my bride not only book the venue, but set up everything else that comes with a wedding because not only did she not have a venue anymore, but her florals, make up artist and so much more weren't able to provide services because they were from the area that got hit with that horrible storm. Jenn, myself and their videographer stepped him and made this brides dream come true, Regardless of all the heartache she was feeling in the moment. Jenn was without a doubt the sweetest. She was so kind to everyone, and the vendors. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. It was a plan B but let me tell you, in our eyes it was PLAN A and more. It was clean, the staff was amazing, the getting ready area was spectacular, the lighting all around was chefs kiss. I recommend The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch with my eyes closed. I know it took me a while to write this review but now is when i've had the time to sit and write reviews. I love this venue and would work there a million times more! If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, DO IT! Don't wait or you'll miss your date. :)

At MasterPiece Weddings, we LOVE getting the opportunity to work at Cottonwood Ranch! It's such a beautiful venue. The ceremony site next to the pond is stunning and inside couldn't be more versatile or gorgeous. We love the views all over the property as well with so many great photo spots. The staff is always extremely attentive and easy to work with too. We can't recommend them highly enough!
