The Beach House Apartments

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about living at Beach House Apartments. The office staff is amazing — especially Savannah, who is always so kind, welcoming, responsive, and willing to help with absolutely anything. She truly makes residents feel cared for. But the biggest reason I had to leave this review is because of Juan from maintenance. I accidentally threw away my wallet and realized it after it had already gone into the trash compactor. Juan went completely above and beyond and literally dug through the compactor looking for it. That level of dedication, patience, and kindness is something you rarely come across anymore. He treated the situation like it was his own problem and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s one thing for an apartment complex to have nice amenities, but having people who truly care about residents makes all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for both Savannah and Juan and feel very lucky to call Beach House Apartments home.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Beach House Apartments. One of the best parts is the location. It’s super close to Jacksonville Beach and so many fun activities, restaurants, and shopping spots nearby. It’s really convenient and makes the area enjoyable to live in. The office staff has also been incredible from day one. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. They make the whole community feel welcoming and well managed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The community atmosphere is great, and overall it’s been a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment near the beach!

Beach House Apartments has been a really convenient place to live. I love being close to Jax Beach and having plenty of nearby activities and places to go. The office staff has always been welcoming and helpful, which makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, and feel like home. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here.

We really enjoy living here and the management change has been fantastic. The property looks great now and well spruced up! I feel like they are making a genuine effort to address resident concerns and I very much appreciate it! We really like Savannah the assistant manager and we’re thrilled for her promotion! Will is the maintenance technician and he’s always so prompt and helpful! The only issue I’ve really had is the noise from the unit above us, but that’s really not the fault of the management and we are looking at other options! Overall I recommend them and love the safe community feel!!
