The Evergreen Club Apartments

The Evergreen Club is one of the best apartments ever to stay at! Angel is truly an angel! I toured the apartments with my dad back in November. Angel explained everything perfectly and showed us every type of unit and what was included and not included. When we finally chose the apartment for me and my sister to move into, Angel made sure everything was fixed up and nice for our move in day! Any issues we brought up to her, she made sure it was resolved immediately. The process for applying and submitting the payment was very smooth as well. Angel explained the financial part perfectly! We moved in back in December and since then, me and my sister have enjoyed our stay! Every maintenance request is filled immediately and communication is really great! :) Very close to the Town Center and UNF campus as well! I’ve recommended the Evergreen to all my friends, coworkers and colleagues at my internship! 10/10 I recommend staying here! We love it here! 💜

First the staff are great for young and older adults. They really communicate and take care of the tenants requests in a timely manner. Ask for Angel to assist you or any of the staff members, but Angel guided me on my tour and was very professional and down to earth. Highly recommend this apartment complex it’s in a great location. Being close to the Town Center, nightlife, beach, and grocery stores, and gym.

I want to thank both Rodney and Ghandi (maintenance) for their visit today! I had just put in 2 work orders for my apartment. They were phenomenal and address the issue immediately. They were able to find the issue with water leak and will work on replacing screen in patio. They will need to reach out to a contractor for plumbing. Both maintenance reps were polite and was able to answer my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with how they handle this.

I lived here for almost 2 years, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. Stefany and the property manager were so nice. Overall, the whole staff was awesome, they really cared about their tenants, I truly mean that. Any issues or concerns? They were always there to help and find a solution. The maintenance guys would show up super fast and take care of anything needed. Overall, this place was great, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
