The Honey Do Service, Inc Jacksonville

My sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Brian during the recent HardiBoard repair project at my home. His professionalism and skill were evident throughout the entire process, making a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. Brian handled the repairs with a level of expertise that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship ensured that the project was completed to a high standard. I was particularly impressed by his ability to communicate clearly about the steps involved and keep me informed throughout the repair process.

We finally got fed up with our microwave venting straight up and creating this grease stain, so we enlisted the help of Honey Do service to vent outward and paint the stain. Freddy was our service technician, and he finished the job quickly and efficiently. I could tell he took his time to be thorough and to make sure things would be done the right way! We had a little hiccup at the end when the microwave door didn't open fully afterward, so I emailed Honey Do back, and they were ready to send over someone to make things right (ended up not needing to though). Communication and planning was very thorough!

Matt from Honey Do arrived during the promised time window and started working immediately. I had a long list of small projects and he handled each one quickly and efficiently. I finally found a company I don’t mind paying by the hour because he wasted no time. In only 2 hours he knocked out the entire list. I especially appreciated that he made sure I approved items were hung straight and to my satisfaction before getting down from the ladder. I’m thrilled with the new “fancy” light in my closet. It is now bright enough so I won’t as easily to mix up my black and navy pants or shoes.

I am very impressed with the quality of Brian's work and craftmanship. He worked with me every step of the way and made sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. He's professional and trustworthy and couldn't be happier with the results! The entire team was great to work with. Brittany was responsive and helped us through the timeline - she's the best!
