My family has been using Mr Ken since 2005. He came to the hospital and set with my wife when she was hit by a car. Treated us as humans and not a number or case. I've called on him for every accident. We now live in the Carolinas. He still takes care of us. It's good to have someone that has your back going against these insurance companies
Ken Howell is very professional, and he spent a lot of time sitting down with me at the beginning of my case and as we went through the case he explained everything. He really cares about his clients and he really fights for them. In fact, in my case it wasn’t easy, but Ken ended up getting me four times what the insurance company had wanted to pay! I have referred several of my coworkers at work to Ken and they also really liked him.
