My favorite gym! The owner John is amazing and he has all the equipment you could need and more. The space has only grown since I’ve been a member (added an outdoor space and a new addition is coming next month) and with it more great trainers and members. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym!
New Meridian Fitness is hands down our favorite gym in Ponte Vedra Beach! The atmosphere is welcoming, the gym is always super clean and well-maintained, and it has everything we need for a great workout. John is awesome and is always willing to help meet your needs! Highly recommend New Meridian to anyone looking for a great local gym!
This gym is INCREDIBLE. BEST private gym I have ever been in!!! The owner, John, was so incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. His energy is amazing and contagious. The space is fricken awesome and set up with great flow and ambience. Highly recommend! So grateful to have found this gym!!!
We love the new Meridian fitness! Our whole family has been working out with Caroline and John for years. They are both super accommodating and really tailor the workouts for our individual needs. John has always been super motivating (and flexible with scheduling) with our children. He’s always in a great mood and makes the workouts fun. Caroline is particularly adept at managing through injuries, surgeries and the aches and pains of getting older! She really is an expert in physical fitness and the human anatomy. Great place and great people! Would highly recommend!!!
John has been my personal trainer for several years now. He is the best trainer I've ever worked with. He walks the talk, cares a ton, and has become a great friend. In addition, he's created a community of people at Meridian Fitness that have become my workout family and help me stay motivated and encouraged to meet my fitness goals. Appreciate you John!
