We are one of the original owners. We purchased 2 years ago when the property was just dirt. Our buying experience with Bobby Reagan was great. We would stop by often during construction and the description Bobby gave us when we purchased was coming a reality. Today we have been 6 months with our completed unit and have made it our own with upgrades important to us. We have attended the open house event, cars and coffee event which were both awesome. We have met many wonderful people and are thrilled that we made the decision to purchase .
As one of the original owners of a unit at The Shed, I have been thrilled with the purchase. I use it in multiple ways including RV storage, general storage and man cave, We’ve hosted many events, both in my unit and the clubhouse. Love seeing the other owners personalize their spaces and the community that is developing. Great bunch of people! Open house was terrific and looking forward to similar events in the future. @Kathy Vanderbeck, sorry that you visited pre-construction, but I would like to invite you to visit again to tour the finished product.
I was a part of the open house Bobby hosted last month. It was nice to meet some of the owners and see what people are doing with their units. Excited for possible events and car shows in the future for our local community.
Bobby and the development team have built a great product for vehicle hobbyists. They've also done a great job of building a true community of like-minded individuals
I'm excited to be one of the initial purchasers of a garage space at TheShed. Bobby has been awesome to work with. This is a great opportunity to own the Man Cave or She Shed of your dreams. Can't wait for occupancy. Already picked out my car lift!
