The Surf Beach Motel

Super nice spot within a football field of the beach. Breakfast is hot and very diversified. Pool is comfortable. Staff is Killer. I have had an abundance of back pain in the last months. Called on a Tuesday and asked for a ground floor and S/W K(C) athy . No grumble, no I'll have to get with my manager... just, Your room number is 101 when you come see us!!!! Sad to say, we couldn't stay. Back pain is real. We will be returning. Didn't think the term "we'll be back" would be appropriate 😉 Thank you all for making me feel like family.

We just rented the place out for a family reunion! Not only that but we frequent your motel at least once a quarter! Your staff are the so very friendly, helpful, and personable! I travel a lot, all over the US and I will continue coming back to your establishment as long as there are workers like this that make it such a pleasant and memorable stay! I specifically would like to thank Chrissy, Brittany, Maggie, Jason, Jacob, Trinity, and Rachel. You all continue to be an asset to the Surf! See you soon!

I'm reviewing the restaurant NOT the hotel. The Surf Beach restaurant is the greatest place to eat on Amelia Island. My boyfriend and I eat here a few times whenever we come here for vacation. This is a great lil spot and you guys should check it out.

Only a few issues. The water took forever to get warm and the pressure was not so great. We had trouble getting the TV to work but the manager was really quick and helpful to get it working. The room was very clean and and gave you a beachy vibe.
