Absolutely loved this surf shop! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and deeply connected to the local surf community. We took surf lessons through them, and Ben was an outstanding instructor. He was patient, encouraging, and made learning to surf both fun and approachable. I’ve been to a lot of surf shops on East Coast specifically, Georgia and Florida This rates right at the top for curated surfwear that is unique and hard to find Lots of West Coast brands that you wouldn’t see unless you went to the West Coast highly recommend if you’re looking for some great apparel and other surf gear Rick and his daughter our first class
Love love love The Surf Stop!! Perfect spot to stop in and find all of your beach essentials. They have the cutest stuff and almost everything is locally sourced or handmade. Locally owned, this is a true St Augustine gem. They have a small section with all second hand items that has some great finds!
Soooo fun! I stopped in while on vacation for the weekend, and I am so glad. I got super cute finds. They had a great selection of surf brands and stuff you don't find at other surf shops. The cute area in the shop called "the nook" was such a fun concept to bring in second hand finds including vintage and modern surf wear. Definitely recommend stopping in. The staff who was working while we came in was super friendly and kind as well!
