The training yard is top notch, one of the best places I have been in the country for strength and conditioning and also mma. I am a professional fighter and get in everything I need here but there are all levels here, kids to seniors. Dean grant the owner is one of the most knowledgeable men I have met when it comes to working out and conditioning. He is also a professional fighter and black belt in Brazilian jujitsu. Honestly one of the friendly and genuine people you will ever meet. Love this place can't say enough. You should try this place once in your life.
An absolutely fantastic place to train MMA and get in shape! The instructors at The Training Yard are committed to excellence and are active throughout all classes. The atmosphere is one of patience and learning, and the camaraderie is unparalleled. There are no egos while training, and that makes this gym a perfect environment to learn, which is impressive considering the immense talent that shows up on any given night. I am definitely happy I found this gem of a gym.
Best gym ever!! Dean is a great guy, will help train and build your strength up. Definitely worth it to come at least once a week
Great training and wonderful people. I go for cross fit and I can’t believe my progress after just one month. These trainers really know what they’re doing.
Love this place, this is where I workout, I have been coming here since 2010, and the workouts are great, if you are looking to get in shape via their strength and condition classes there is no other place like it, the vibe is amazing, everyone is welcoming and motivating, they also offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kickboxing classes
