The Waterford at Mandarin

We just moved in about a week ago. Kim was amazing and very helpful during the moving process. The nice apartment, move in deals, community, location, and help with our circumstances as students were all extremely tempting during the walk through and research process. I definitely recommend the community as a first time renter!

I had an amazing experience touring and applying thanks to Naudia and Jevon! They were both professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere during the tour. The application process was smooth and stress-free because of their communication and support. You can really tell they care about providing great customer service. This is a great complex! We love that it’s gated and safe. The complex is a tad bit older, but very well maintained. The units are spacious, clean, and well laid out with the most peaceful screened in porches. Kim Hallawi in the office is an absolute gem! She has been such a tremendous help with my elderly Mom’s unique situation. She’s absolutely gone above and beyond to help my Mom settle into her new apartment and we are so thankful for her. Maintenance is also super prompt with addressing any questions or concerns that have come up. We are very pleased with The Waterford At Mandarin!

Naudia and Jevon has been amazing help throughout my process. They’re always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make the community feel welcoming. It’s really appreciated when office staff communicates well and handles things so efficiently. Definitely one of the best parts of feeling welcomed here. They definitely make it feel like home. Highly recommend.
