The Women's Defense Company

My son-in-law gifted me a self-defense class at The Women's Defense Company. A friend and I took the training today, and I highly recommend it! I did the training with a very good friend of mine. It would be perfect for a mother/daughter duo, a fun time with a friend, or even by yourself. Chris and Ashley, our instructors, were true professionals. Their in-depth knowledge and attention to detail were evident. The course was fun, but, more importantly, equipped me with the tools to protect myself if needed. Thanks so much, Chris and Ashley, for empowering me!

Learning from Chris and Ashley was tremendous! I brought my daughters (middle school and high school) as a mom-daughter learning day. We all walked away with new strategies, awareness, and a mindsets. Attack the attacker, grip and rip. Empowered! I highly recommend.

I went to the original seminar and was immediately drawn into the concept of self-empowerment and confidence so I joined the warrior program and now the fight club. Ashley and Chris are wonderful teachers who cover not only technique but also your expectations and feelings surrounding self-defense should it be necessary. Let's call it self-defense with some processing therapy thrown in . As a therapist myself I find this innovative and energizing. I feel good investing in myself!

I took the Warrior series of self-defense classes and it was so awesome! Ashley and Chris do everything to make you both assertive and comfortable with the knowledge/techniques they share. It’s obvious that they love instructing and empowering women to be able to protect themselves. This is perfect for anyone at any level; they will make adjustments when needed. Practice makes progress, so I’m very excited to begin my Fight Club membership!
