Anastasia’s small group class was incredible! I was introduced to a couple new moves I have not done before and as a coach, she was very attentive to ensure proper form. The gym is nice and clean. Highly recommend!!
Finding ThriveFit has been a highlight of my year! It is my favorite workout experience. Anastasia and Thomas are both super knowledgeable, super kind, and create the perfect atmosphere to both challenge AND encourage the class. The small group allows them to customize workouts to each client. The tweaks they provide make all the difference in form and performance. They never go easy on you, but it’s in the most positive way positive, helping to prove what we are each capable of. This gym has a top notch staff and has created the ultimate fitness environment. I could go on and on. In just a few months, I’ve seen huge improvements and grown in both strength and consistency. I’m grateful for this place and this awesome trainers!
I love the location and the gym equipment is nice and well-maintained. The facility is always clean, and Anastasia is the best, constantly pushing me to improve. I'm really enjoying the classes and glad I signed up. I am being challenged and I know I’ll reach my fitness goals here. Can’t wait for more!
I have been coming here for 4 weeks. The trainers are amazing. They pay close attention to your form and encourage you to push yourself. The group I work out with are also very friendly. I simply love it here and I am already seeing a difference. Glad I signed up!
Shoutout to Thomas for an awesome workout today. You pushed me hard. You kept the energy high. Your smile made the tough reps easier to finish. I feel stronger already. I am more motivated to come back and do it again. Great coach. Great session.
