Had my car repair here while on vacation. Thought everything was fine. It was returned quickly and the staff was nice. It was returned so quickly because a fuel line was used instead of a pressurized line for my transmission. The line blew out on Interstate 95 at highway speed. The shop has admitted error but sent us to their "warranty" number to correct their mistake. The "warranty" covers $40 per day for a rental and will not cover the transmission if it is destroyed. I'm now out $300 for a rental, a 160 mile tow, and I have to arrange everything for the repair. I spent $1000 with them for absolutely nothing. My car is potentially worse now than it was when it was taken to them. Update: Tire Outlet and the warranty company have taken responsibility and are working with the repair shop to cover the cost of replacing the hose and new transmission fluid. I will update again when we find out of the transmission is blown and who covers responsibility for that.
Needed new tires for RV and had to buy 6! Was expecting to pay a pretty good bit but Shaun gave us a good, no GREAT deal! It was hot so the poor guys took a bit longer than expected but understood due to the heat. It was well worth the time because of the price! I highly recommend Tire Outlet!
Tire Outlet is the best tire place around. Shawn is very professional and extremely thorough with details about the different tire choices. The installation technicians always do a great job. As busy as Tire Outlet is every single day, they still manage to get your car handled in a timely manner. Highly recommend A+++++
I highly recommend Tire Outlet Jax Beach! The guys are always so friendly, welcoming, and honest. I’ve had four tires repaired there on two different occasions, and both times were a great experience. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation or sell me something I didn’t need. Most recently, I called in a panic when my mom needed new tires. They were quick to help and very reasonably priced, especially compared to some of the ridiculous quotes she had received elsewhere. It’s so nice to have a tire shop you can actually trust. Great people, great service, and fair prices. Highly recommend!
I arrived for my appointment, they checked me in asap which is fine. I honestly came for the inspection of my vehicle due to coolant leak, And thought I had to return anther date and time for the work to be done. But no, they got the part quoted, and advised me of what my warranty covers and my part and once the part arrived they began working on it. I was there from 11am till about 3/4pm ish which is fine due to the arrival of the part. But they definitely did their big one with getting it inspected and done all in the same day. Saved me time and able to get on the road immediately. Mr Anthony, Shaun and Angel I appreciate you men. Cuz I was stressed at first. but got a side of relief once I left.
