The guys were great. They examined my tire and didn't charge me anything after not finding a leak. They replaced the stem. The customer area has a TV and is comfortable. Also there is a nearby Target and Chick-fil-A.
I've been coming to Tires Plus for years because of Carlos, the Sales & Service Specialist. He is always friendly, honest, and helpful. I trust his recommendations because he genuinely cares about his customers and provides excellent service every time. Carlos is the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
I have brought in two cars before for tires, their tires are very reasonable. They also did not try to talk me into more expensive tires. Also, I had several other things done and have been back a couple of times for oil changes and rotation of tires. Continue to go back because I think they’re very fair knowledgeable and very good about when you call him and make an appointment they get to you almost immediately immediately.
Val helped us out and working with him was a great experience! I had my headlight bulb replaced and it took less time and was less expensive than expected. 10/10 experience. Easy and quick!
I came to Tire Plus in my company van to see if I could get a tire patched due to a screw in it. Initially, the customer service was great—very respectful and professional. Here’s where the issue came in. We had already attempted to plug the tire ourselves, and I understand and respect the company policy that they won’t patch a tire that has been previously plugged. That part is completely fair. However, what I don’t respect is being misled in an attempt to make a sale. The technician told me they couldn’t patch the tire because it had been plugged, which again, I understood. But then he went on to recommend replacing not just that tire, but all four tires, claiming they were worn out. That’s simply not true. All four tires are only a few months old—less than half a year. We had all four tires replaced recently, along with rotors and brakes (which were done just last week). When I pointed that out, the technician just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I came here because I needed quick service since Tire Kingdom was booked out, and this is a company vehicle. If you didn’t want to service the tire, that’s completely fine—but don’t try to upsell me by giving false information.
