Absolutely worthy of a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review! I can’t recommend this Tires Plus location enough. They turned a stressful situation into an easy and affordable repair experience. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. They even recommended a tow truck and managed to get me in the same day without an appointment. Huge thanks to Danny, the store manager, and Brandon, the service manager—both were exceptional and truly went above and beyond. It’s also a great bonus knowing Tires Plus is affiliated with Firestone. I will definitely be returning for service work and recommending this location to others!
These guys helped fix a tire on a rental car that I just picked up and was super frustrated about. The guy that helped me was happy to help and got the screw removed and plugged pretty quickly. I'd definitely go see these guys again but I'm from out of state. I'd highly recommend them!
Pretty much all my car care is done here (emergencies are the exception). One visit and they treated me and my sweet car like family. So now they’re stuck with me. My fiancé is cool with me coming on my own because they don’t take advantage of me as a female (I’m the first to admit I’m not very car smart). I’m sure it’s better with an appointment but I drop in when I actually have some time and they always get me out pretty quickly. Prices are very reasonable.
I am a father of two teenagers in Ponte Vedra who have older cars. So Tires plus Crew is my first point of contact. I’ve had several large jobs done such as air-conditioning and other related repairs. They have always been a consistent reputable advisor. Recently, I had a very strange issue with our old Acura and after many attempts to repair, Dan Hart, the advisor manager said that they would repair it for free because it was so unusual and they have taken care of the car for so long. I’d also recommend Al the mechanic there is excellent. I don’t give out very many reviews but Tires plus in my opinion has been a great local resource and would highly recommend them.
Close by and communicate about setting appointment times, but that's as far as it goes for courtesy Budget at least 3.5 hours for an oil change and the whole day or longer if you are having any meaningful service done. Exceedingly slow and will require you to follow up with them before they get to your vehicle. Good corporate coupon rates and one of 2 shops in the area keep me coming back but make sure to plan your whole day off or have a second car
