I’ve had many massages over the years, and Sonia’s work is truly next-level. She is professional, attentive, and really listens to what your body needs. Her technique is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
Absolutely amazing!! Being a massage therapist myself and it hard to find something that listens and understands what you want! She is professional and very talented! I will definitely be back!!
I look forward to my monthly deep tissue massage with Sonya. She does a great job and I like how I feel after the tight knots and stress areas are relieved of pain!
Best massage I have ever had. You can tell Sonia knows what she is doing. She was massaging out painful spots I didn’t know I had. Highly recommend and will be telling everyone about her! So glad I found someone who you can tell loves what they do, how to help relieve pain and stress and listens to you!
I have been going to Touch of Zen for about a year now. As we age, there are new aches and pains all of the time. Ms Sonia is amazing. She takes the time to understand what may be going on and does a great job in working on injuries with cupping and additional therapies. She makes sure you are comfortable. I would recommend Touch of Zen for anyone who deals with chronic pain or simply needs a relaxing massage. You will be treated with the utmost care!!
