This place is good, but inconsistent and the service can feel unfriendly. One staff member in particular rarely seems engaged, she’s young and often on her phone with headphones in and doesn’t really acknowledge customers. On the days she’s working, our drinks also tend to come with noticeably less boba, even when we’ve paid extra for jelly. When the older male staff member who works there consistently makes great drinks with no issues. We haven’t been back since our last visit. This location is convenient and close to home, but the lack of consistency and lack of friendly service make us hesitant to keep spending money here when the experience varies so much depending on who’s working that day
Friendly staff and cute and clean restaurant. I ordered spring rolls, which usually taste the same everywhere, but these really stood out! Very fresh and crispy on the outside, while substantially filled on the inside. Also got a side of edamame which was a generous portion. But the real standout was the sesame balls. I've only had these at one other place, and they were the same chewy consistency throughout. These however, were a little larger, with a crispy shell on the outside, followed by a chewy layer, and then a little gooeyness on the inside. Really yummy and was the perfect little not-too-sweet dessert. Next time I'll try something from their extensive bubble tea menu and some Korean fried chicken.
I stopped by today. Last minute tomorrow going back to Georgia. I got "milk black tea with crystal pearl & bubble with milk foam" i didnt regret this. Although the one that i didnt care that much is the premium earl grey the tea is weak. Not sure if its the earl grey itselt. This one i got is a bomb. ill give 4.5 stars The tea quality is good. Strong good tea not weak🎊🎉. Good atmosphere and friendly people
My husband and I went to Tsaocaa and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were just as great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. Everything was so well thought out, right down to the containers. The milk tea cups and packaging were amazing—very convenient, practical, and high quality, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything from the service to the presentation was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!
Most places were closed on Christmas Day (12/25), but we found this spot—and it was SO cute! 🎄✨ The egg waffles were warm and fragrant, and the milk tea? Absolutely my favorite. 🧋💛 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy treat on a holiday!
