I recently had Twisted Pro handle a full build-out of parts on my Ford Raptor, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about this team. What stood out immediately wasn't just the quality of the work — it was the consistency. Multiple times throughout the process, I witnessed a team completely locked in on delivering a great customer experience. Informative, proactive, and technically sharp at every turn. Charlie is a Raptor genius — and I mean that in the most literal sense. His expertise is rare, and the depth of his technical knowledge is the kind of thing that separates a serious shop from the rest. He's a true asset to any operation, and it shows in the results. Liam was an incredible partner from day one. He took the time to build the concept with me, connect the dots, share his own perspective and experience, and genuinely made me feel confident and comfortable making the right decisions. That kind of partnership is hard to find. The location is great, the vibe matches the quality, and this is a team I'll absolutely keep working with on future projects. I hope to stay connected and keep learning from them. If you're serious about your All - Terrain, Off-Road and Raptor upgardes, don't overthink it — Twisted Pro is the call.
I couldn't be happier with how my truck turned out. Liam was fantastic throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to help me choose the right lift, wheels, and tires to fit exactly what I wanted, and the finished truck turned out even better than I expected. They even coordinated getting my truck detailed at Diamond Detailing before I picked it up, which was great. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I'm already planning my next project with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. 100% recommend!
The team at Twisted Pro are outstanding! Not only are the prices fair, but more importantly they take the time to explain things to you and give you real honest suggestions based on what you want. The installer knew I had kids so he installed my side steps in such a way that it would be easier for them to get in and out of the vehicle. We never discussed this he just observed and did it, that’s service. I will be back soon hopefully for some tires and lift. Thanks again guys!
They did an amazing job putting a front end leveling kit and rear shocks on my Chevy Silverado. Truck rides amazing now. Also used them for my 2000 Jeep and I plan on getting more upgrades. No overselling either. Just great work.
They at Twisted off road helped with my dream build. Look at my Rebel before and after with a 5” lift , wheels and tires. They are the model team for this and so many others. A Veteran company with Team members who reflect all of what’s happening on the Floor. Could not be more excited driving my dream truck. Drives and sounds incredible!!
