Clean. Dr K & Dr Lawson are attentive to their patients. Nurses are pleasant and professional. Both Doctors communicate well in what is wrong with your health and how, as a team, we can get better. Building is always clean.
We love Dr Lawson but one star is for the ability to reach the office! Everything goes through a third party call center cannot reach the office directly. Been trying to call since 7:00 a.m. to get my mom seen. Finally get the call center online They have an appointment at 8:00 am but it's too late she's not allowed to make the appointment even though I'm 5 minutes away! Unable to transfer me directly to the office. Must put in a message for them to call me which at that point will be way after 8:00 a.m. I'm sure and no way to get the appointment. It's ridiculous! The Baptist office in Callahan I believe you can still call them directly. May need to transfer there.
I couldn't ask for a better Doc, he listens and helps with his medical knowledge. He makes sure that I get the prescription that I need. Once I learned how to navigate through MyChart I can make or change my appointments with him or get someone to help with my questions. Thank you Doctor Lawson
ELIZABETH TREATED ME LIKE A JUNKIE AND THOUGHT SHE WAS CUTE DOING IT ....WELL AFTER 10 MONTHS OF BEGGING FOR HELP I WILL BE RECEIVING HELP STARTING TOMORROW...YO DR CHIC NEW CT SCANS ARE IN THE PUTER TURN IT ON AND IF U CANT READ THEN ASK A REAL DR TO READ FOR YOU...OH AND THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP ...AND YOU KEPT ON SAYING OH OH OH BUT NOT 1 TIME DID YOU STOP TO JUST LISTEN..YOU HAD YOUR (messed up that thought) mind made up from looking a file...you never even bothered to look a the ct scans....thought thus would make me fell better...I was right it does...Dont be judgemental
They bill you 5 months later so you don’t have time to realize how much each appointment costs until you owe more than you can afford! Had I been billed in a timely manner, I’d have known to never go back!
