I took my dad to have bloodwork and the staff were wonderful! Manuela in registration was wonderful, we did not have a paper script and she quickly located it in the system. She was so sweet and helpful!

There was hardly anyone there. I walked right in and was registered and sent right back for my blood test! I also found the staff kind and engaging!
Karen was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond as well as Ruby. Both so welcoming and comforting. Karen was able to get the blood work from my 1 year old so effortlessly but also the whole staff there showed so much compassion for everyone.
Let's be honest. Normally...Lab days are the worst... but not here; at Flagler Lab.. the Entire staff... even the Black people in the front.. were absolutely amazing with professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail and making time to speak personally with Mrs. Dorothy and I.. made us feel at home home! WE LOVE THIS PLACE! When you go.. tell them; Dorothy and Pam said hello!
This is a walk-in facility, and I expected to wait a while as there were 5-6 people ahead of me. By the time I finished checking in, it was less than 5 minutes before I was called. The staff was terrific. Being seen may take longer at times, but the lab runs super efficiently. I'm impressed!
