Patient Access Rep Miraka was so kind and her professionalism and kindness was radiating throughout the front area. While helping my dad check in for his surgery she was assisting many other patients who came in and it was flawless. From one patient access rep to another she is truly an asset to this facility!
This is one of the beat doctor offices I have ever been to. Staff is so friendly and helpful and the doctors and nurse practitioners are thorough and friendly. Never rushed and always have time to listen. Surgery and follow up with Dr Marema went great. They have helped me turn my life around and opened new doors for the future.
I can not stress enough how happy I am with the staff. Everyone I have came in contact with has been super friendly from the sweet front desk receptionist, Ashley who schedules the surgery, Katheen who does insurance verification, Natasha, Whitney, Morgan and Dr. Marema. They all are knowledgeable and kind. This was my first surgery ever and everyone made me feel safe and calm! They make sure you have all the knowledge that you will need to be successful. You will not be disappointed!!
Dr. Stapleton got me scheduled on short notice. This was my first surgery and I couldn’t be happier. The team was so friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!
I have had a great experience with Whitney. She explains everything in detail and helps with getting a plan together to help with medical issues and overcoming them. Highly recommend
