After 45 mins of waiting a patient came out from the back and stated they forgot about her. After over an hour of waiting , no one came out and no one was called back. No one could give a time estimate or communicate with the patients waiting. While some things are out of their control, communication and estimated wait times should be the minimum. Drove 15 mins to a completely different UC and received great service there.

My husband got cut on vacation and he could not stop bleeding because he was on blood thinners. So I would like to thank everybody at Urgent Care Saint Augustine, Florida we went in he’s bleeding everywhere. They got him in right away and they were just right on them and they took care of them right away and I just want to tell everybody thank you and how wonderful they are.
I visited on the afternoon of March 20th with my 16-year-old son after he was attacked in the street and briefly lost consciousness. While the rest of the staff was kind and attentive, our experience with the doctor was very disappointing. we felt ignored during a very stressful situation. The interaction with the doctor felt unprofessional.
Went in when I was injured and needed stitches. The staff are all extremely friendly and kind. The medical care I received was top notch, from the receptionist to the ones in the back, I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks soo much everyone.
We have had great experiences at this practice over time. Thank you to Dr. Cabezas for his excellent care and dedication, and especially to Donna Burres-Colee for her kindness and support. When my son needed an urgent appointment with an orthopedic specialist, Donna personally reached out to the orthopedic center and spoke on our behalf, helping us secure an appointment within the same week. We are truly grateful for the care, human touch, and dedication shown by the entire team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
