United Water Restoration Group of Jacksonville

Cedric was on time, personable made sure I understood the demolition activities for today. Provided close out status of the actioms he completed and left everything clean and orderly. He also promised follow-up. Very happy with his efforts

So so glad we called United Water Restoration Group. Customer service was hands down unmatched, fair pricing, fast scheduling, and excellent repair work. We discovered some water damage in our walls and they got it fixed and painted and it looks brand new- you would never know! Huge thanks to Bradley and Vitor- they (and their team) absolutely knocked it out of the park!

Zach was incredible. Was at my house in less than an hour and I called at midnight. He was very thorough and professional.
