Viridian Southside Quarter Apartments & Townhomes

This townhome for rent looks and feels like a custom home with 2 car garage, tile to ceiling in showers, massive walk in closet, soft close cabinets and lots of natural light. Very nice pool. Great location in a real neighborhood walkable to nice restaurants. The staff in the leasing office were especially attentive. Updates: the landscaping in the new courtyards looks phenomenal. The Block Jax is very convenient to walk to for food and a drink, with great live music during lunch and evenings.

Leasing online with the team on the phone was a breeze. Cassidy let me come see my completed unit and it looks beautiful! The kitchen is perfect and the bathroom is so nice.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Viridian Southside Luxury Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire community has a welcoming and upscale feel, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Cassidy, the property manager, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and truly passionate about the community. It’s refreshing to see someone so dedicated to creating a great living experience for residents. The amenities are looking absolutely spectacular—from the modern finishes to the thoughtfully designed shared spaces, everything feels top-tier. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient, making it perfect for anyone looking to be close to everything while still enjoying a comfortable, luxury environment. If you’re considering a new place to live, this is definitely a must-see. Highly recommend!

Brand new townhomes! I love that they offer a home with dual master suites and a den upstairs. Clean design with an open floorplan, a huge kitchen island, pantry, and soft close drawers make this perfect for hosting. I was also eyeing their Outdoor Living Room area, complete with a lakefront firepit for morning coffee.
