Vitality Pilates is THE best pilates studio in St. Augustine. Zoah is so personable, the studio is welcoming and beautiful. Zoah is an excellent teacher, classes are limited to 3 students and feel like a private class. I'm new to pilates and Zoah easily modified poses that I struggled with, to maximize my workout and keep me in the right zone. I give this studio my highest recommendations.
I've been training with Zoah for years, and now that she has her own studio, the experience is better than ever. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and really allows for more personalized, one-on-one attention. Zoah is truly great at her craft. She has an incredible ability to tailor each session to what your body needs while still challenging you to grow stronger. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail make every class feel intentional and impactful. I can’t recommend her enough!
