Kati is a great hypnotherapist. She’s kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. She creates a space where you can just be yourself without feeling judged or pressured. She also brings a natural sense of humor into her sessions, which helps things feel lighter and more relaxed. That balance makes it easier to open up and stay engaged in the process. At the same time, she knows how to guide you back to your truest self. You leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and confident in who you are and where you’re going. If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth hypnotherapist who truly cares, I highly recommend Kati.
Working with Kati at Well Minded Hypnosis has been truly transformative. Through her compassion, intuition, and incredible listening skills she's helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself and the patterns behind choices I make. Her guidance has reframed the way I see my self-worth, my value and my place in the world. I feel more confident, peaceful, and clear in my life than I have ever before. From the very first session I felt completely safe & comfortable opening up to her. Kati is professional, gifted, and creates a supportive environment for growth. As part of your session she will create a personalized hypnotic track that you can listen to every day to reinforce and deepen the work you do together. I listen to mine every night and it has been an amazing compliment to the sessions! My experience with Kati has been life changing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Kati’s expertise in hypnotherapy along with her professionalism, and caring manner makes the experience very safe and comfortable. Discussing stressful issues and going deeper into understanding them have really helped me address everyday life issues. I would highly recommend Kati and Well Minded Hypnosis.
Kati doesn’t just look at symptoms — she takes the time to understand the *why* behind what’s happening and builds a clear, individualized clinical hypothesis that actually makes sense. Her ability to connect the dots, ask the right questions, and explain complex information in a grounded and compassionate way is rare. You truly feel listened to, respected, and supported throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who practices with integrity, depth, and genuine care for long-term healing, I cannot recommend Kati enough.
