I had such a wonderful experience at West Nassau Dental! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was feeling nervous going into my appointment, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring, which made such a difference for me. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that makes you feel this comfortable, and I’m so grateful for the experience I had. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment, which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! Highly recommend!
Came in today and this office its top notch. Loved all the girls! Abbey the hygienist was phenomenal! Also Kelli and Karla absolutely amazing dental assistant's. Oh dont get me started on Dr. Awad, the best dentist I have ever had. Front desk ladies, Tonya, Michelle, Raisa were all so helpful. Thanks for the best experience.
What an amazing experience I had coming to Dr. Awad‘s office. From walking into the office and the two amazing ladies at the front desk. Risa, The office manager, Rowanda , the hygienist And Carla the Dental Assistant. They are a team in every sense of the word. When you Walk in You are greeted with such warmth and kindness(thank you Tonya). I felt at home not to mention the beautiful crown temporary that they did. I cannot wait to see the permanent. Thank you for being my new great dental home.
As someone who is not a fan of going to the dentist, I always have a great experience at West Nassau Dental. All of their staff is extremely kind and helpful. I feel like I can trust the care I am receiving and they are not hustling me into unnecessary procedures. So happy to have them close to home.
West Nassau Dental is a privately owned office and that makes a huge difference to our community. Most of the staff is local and familiar, always a friendly welcome. That helps for being more relaxed when you’re in their chairs. I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and Abby did a fabulous job, she’s so thorough and gentle 🤗
